Returns

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within one week of delivery date. I will assess the damage and credit you and amount to repair the specimen. If the specimen needs to be replaced, I will send out a replacement along with a free gift once that damaged specimen is returned.

Guarantee

I am confident in my work and guarantee that there is no higher quality diaphonization in Canada. I experiment with my pieces to find out their limitations – whether with heat, light, pressure, etc. If there is ever an issue or concern with your piece, feel free to contact me and I would be happy to find a resolution that ensures that you remain happy with my work.

I also offer services to correct other people's work.
