Full description of pieces:
The young quail are double stained with a blue cartilage and a light bone stain. The blue cartilage shows all the areas of development (even in the skull) and the bone stain is light since the bones are not fully developed in these young quail. All specimens have pronounced beak, double stained ribs, talon and spine stain. The cartilage in the throat is vibrant and the specimen's large dark eyes contrast its cleared structure.

The pink/red diaphonized mice are incredibly clear. Their vibrant bone stain illuminates the skeletal structure while the blue cartilage stain contrasts to show areas of development. The bones are delicate yet sharp. The large size of the specimen relative to the narrow neck of the tincture vial gives the specimen a “ship in a bottle” quality, adding to its charm.

The specially stained rats have been processed to highlight the skeleton in a redish/purple tone. The double stain differentiates the cartilage in a vibrant blue. This large container allows the specimen to be observed from all angles in stunning detail.
